Answers
The quoted price covers the medical programme itself: physician consultation, cell harvesting and processing, the injection protocol, in-clinic aftercare and your post-treatment report. Flights, hotel and personal expenses are quoted separately and can be arranged by the concierge.
The hospital invoices in Korean won. We display an indicative THB settlement using a reference rate of 1 KRW ≈ 0.0245 THB. The final THB amount is fixed at the exchange rate on the day your payment is captured.
Yes. The THB settlement shown includes 7% VAT. On each programme page you can see the sales volume and the VAT portion broken out separately.
Your payment is split and held. The hospital portion is released only once the clinic confirms your treatment has been delivered, which means you are never paying in advance for a service that has not happened.
Yes. Reservations can be rescheduled to a later monthly trip subject to clinic availability, and cancellations follow the published policy. Contact your concierge as early as possible so lab bookings can be released.
The standard itinerary is 4 days and 3 nights, timed to the monthly trip on the 25th–28th. Most programmes require one clinic day plus a follow-up review.
Patients with active malignancy, uncontrolled infection, severe coagulation disorders, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding are generally not eligible. The pre-treatment screening exists to identify this before payment.
Only stem cell programmes with a value of 12,000,000 KRW or more count, and one customer equals one case — even across multiple visits, matched by ID card or passport rather than by name.
Prices are quoted in KRW at the hospital and settled in THB at the prevailing exchange rate on the day of payment. All settlement figures include 7% VAT.
