Compliance
Sell confidently — inside the rules.
Medical advertising is strictly regulated. These guidelines protect the brand, the hospital and your own licence to operate.
Never promise a cure
No partner may claim the programme cures, treats or prevents disease. Longevity language stays about wellbeing and healthspan.
- No claims of curing any disease
- No guaranteed outcomes or timelines
- No before/after implying medical treatment results
Use approved wording only
Stick to the caption library and approved decks. If a phrase is not in the resource centre, it is not approved.
- Approved captions and decks only
- Escalate new wording for review first
- Cite the hospital, never impersonate it
No medical advice
Partners introduce; physicians advise. Eligibility, dosage and protocol questions go to the medical team.
- Refer all clinical questions to the physician
- Never assess a prospect's eligibility yourself
- Document the referral in the CRM
Enforcement
Compliance breaches put commission and certification at risk — the standard applies to everyone equally.
- Certification required before promoting
- Violations can suspend commission release
- Repeat breaches end the partnership
